Johnny's Pizza House - West Monroe

We recently ordered from this restaurant, and although we've had great experiences in the past, today was quite disappointing. When I called to address an issue, I spoke to a woman named Michelle, who identified herself as the manager. After waiting over 10 minutes, I was put on hold twice. Eventually, a gentleman answered the phone, and I explained the problem to him. Unfortunately, he didn’t seem very pleasant and suggested I return the pizza for a refund. I mentioned that I was on the other side of the city, and his response was just an indifferent “sorry” before he hung up. While I understand that everyone has tough days, it's important to treat customers with respect. Additionally, the pizzas we received were overly sauced, enough to make two more pizzas, and this caused the crust to be undercooked. I hope our next experience is much better.

Absolutely delicious! I visited an old friend and realized that Johnny's Pizza has been around forever. I had no idea how much I missed this place until I returned. I really wish they would open a location in Cypress, Texas. I just love it!

In the decades, Johnnys still has a good pizza, unlike elsewhere. And the location on Warren Drive is one of the best buffets and party rooms for large groups.

Never knew this existed. Went with the crew from work. We did the buffet. Everyone left fat and happy! Great people here as well as food. I'll be going back.

Our Life Group met at Johnny's Pizza on Warren Dr. The staff was very accommodating and we were able to fellowship together and share prayer time for the many sick, ill, shut and those who don't know our Lord Savior, ****. Thank you for your hospitality. E.M.
