Buffalo Wild Wings - West Monroe

Ordered online around 710 order showed ready for pickup at 740 when I arrived. They said ordered wasn't ready. 752 I requested my money back. They promised me 5 minutes. I started talking to a gentleman and 10 minutes went by they said we promise 5 minutes. At 818 I am still awaiting my order. Worst service ever. At 825 still no food and I received a refund.. Others here experiencing same thing. Do not recommend!!!!

Great food, great service, nice outdoor dining area. We had a thoroughly enjoyable lunch.

Avocado Bacon Burger is delicious. I wish the tea was the same, but food was solidly tasty. Service was good.

We came for traditional wings on Tuesday. We have had Sam as our waiter the past few visits. He is a great server. Very attentive and well mannered. It's obvious he's got a good work ethic especially considering his age. Always busy tending to his tables. The wings were perfect. We usually come here weekly. Sam always makes sure we are taken care of. Being a business owner we know the importance of praising a employee when it's deserved.
