The dishes are delicious, and the portion sizes are generous. I highly recommend Ruby Rose, especially in a town like West Milford. I've lived here my entire life, and the dining options usually revolve around Italian cuisine... and more Italian. Ruby Rose is a wonderful and flavorful addition to the scene. It's definitely my favorite place to eat!

Everything was delicious, and my kids and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The portion sizes and prices were fantastic, and the staff was wonderful. The cook, Mateo, did an amazing job—thank you! We will definitely be returning!

My family has a vegetarian member, and they have fantastic veggie wraps that cater to them perfectly. My son is a big fan of the burritos, while my husband can't get enough of the Cuban sandwich! The owner and his son go above and beyond to ensure a great experience, and you can see how hard they work. The portion sizes are incredibly generous. We're so happy to have a place in town that stands out from all the usual options. Definitely give this restaurant a try!
