The port... read more I ordered delivery through UberEats and was extremely pleased with the experience. Everything arrived at the perfect temperature and was well-packaged. The portion sizes were generous, which meant I had leftovers for lunch the next day. The catfish was perfectly baked, and the spices were just right. I have a love-hate relationship with collard greens, but I decided to give them a try, and I was pleasantly surprised. They were not bitter at all, very tender, with a delightful bite, and seasoned just enough to bring out the umami flavors of the greens. The restaurant truly lives up to its name; the corn cake was delicious—moist and pleasantly sweet—without overpowering the lovely, almost floral taste of the corn.

I've only tried the greens and kohlrabi so far, but I'm already in the process of investing in this place. After opening everything today, I can say that all of the sides are fantastic. The catfish was outstanding, and the wings were large and perfectly seasoned. I definitely plan to return!

This black-owned establishment serves soul food that is ten times better than McDonald's! My husband ordered fried fish, and I had fried chicken. The food was absolutely delicious! The fried chicken is definitely a standout! I have to be honest, the grain bread is tasty, though not the best I've had, but still good! There are two self-order kiosks where you can place your order, and then the waiter retrieves the tickets and serves you, whether dining in or taking out. Their $7.99 combo is a great deal—much better than what you’d get from Walmart!

The catfish was really good, flaky, but crisp with no fish aftertaste. The cabbage was amazing, I love cabbage! The mac cheese was ok, I like mines more creamy/cheesier. The cornbread was good, could have been a bit sweeter and lastly the drink was very good, but no refills. I got a chance to sample their yams, and they were good, should have gotten them instead of the mac cheese. So, I highly recommend this place.

The fried chicken, catfish, and cornbread (naturally) were great!! The collard greens were some of the best I have had. Very well designed space and thought-out kitchen/serving station. I look forward to returning when I can enjoy my meal in the comfy booths in the dining area. Welcomed option in West Mifflin to provide fast-casual comfort food.
