Wow, I can not understand how no one would address people at the front counter. This would have been a total disaster if the young lady who came in to work at 11 am 9/24 took the time to address me and my needs. thank you to her. Please put her in a position to affect the way the rest of the staff treats the customers. View all feedback.
Not open 24 hours as advertised, please fix your hours
Their hours needs to be changed. They are NOT open 24 hours!
Awaited for thirty minutes for 3 sausage and cheese biscuits and a hashbrown By the time I got my food, it already been unwrapped twice. They had to add cheese to it because I didn't get it right. The first time half of the time that I spent waiting was in the drive through. They claim that they blinded on a new person. Learning well you don't put new people on back. Drive through window on breakfast rush. That's not very so after waiting 15 minutes. In the drive through I got frustrated when inside and tried to order my food where I waited another 15 minutes and watched my food get unwrapped twice. Because they weren't sure the first time. Then when I got my food, I got the hardest biscuits. They probably had in their trays. It was a totally unappealing experience. I've been to countless McDonald's all over the country and never have. I experienced worst customer service and food quality.!
We are traveling back home to TX and stopped to get gas. We decided to place a mobile order BECAUSE SIGNS AND GOOGLE SAYS 24/7! Plus the McDonalds app stated the same information hence why it let us place the order. We pull up to the drive thru, lady comes over the intercom and states (rudely) “we closed”. I stated we have a mobile order. She stated “well, I already served all my cars in line so I closed out”. There was still a car at the first drive thru window waiting.
Batesville one is full of flies can't help that they're next to a poultry plant can't get an order right always missing something.
