Seating was prompt and hostess was nice. Booth was on the front wall so the machine noise from the slots was a little loud but not overbearing. Food service was quick. Lobster chowder wasn't as good as it has been in earlier visits(it had a fish like smell) Pork chop entree and filet entree were both excellent. Sweet potatoes were great. Server was attentive and efficient. Overall, a great experience and highly recom... View all feedback.
What Chriss Nelson doesn't like about Bourbon Street Steakhouse And Grill:
This is our fifth visit and in the past everything has been excellent. Unfortunately, this time the Lobster Chowder was very strong and fishy. We got the seafood tower for the first time and it was a disappointment. We still love this place but last night was a disappointment. View all feedback.
We made reservations for 8:45 p.m. as traveling from out of state. There was only 30 people in the expansive restaurant at that point when we ordered we wanted the Seafood Tower and a lobster bisque soup. The waiter told us they were out of almost all of the seafood and many of the beef dishes along with the Seafood Tower and had been out most of the day. With it being Father's Day we were surprised that the kitchen manager had not ordered properly to get through the entire day. We ended up ordering wedge salad and a french onion soup for myself and a New York steak and mashed potatoes among the leftover choices on the menu. The waiter disappeared again as was busy with a table of six nearby and before we saw any food it was at least another 20 minutes which was brought out by other kitchen staff not our waiter. Both myself and my spouse had ordered the French onion soup but only one of us actually received it so I ended up canceling my soup. My spouse said he saw it sitting under the warmer in the kitchen window that we were nearby for quite a long time but it was never delivered to our table. We called the manager over who apologized and wrote off the soup and salad that I was supposed to get. The New York steak was tough although a large portion. My spouse had one glass of wine at 12. Total bill for the steak wine and potatoes was 84 with tax and tip it was 104 for a subpar meal. A major disappointment for a restaurant that was rated so highly.
Love the place. Food good but this time decided to try the ribeye. Taste was great but never had a ribeye that had so much fat. More fat on it than meat. That was very disappointing as had someone with me celebrating early Father's Day. They had the Cajun pasta and the noodles were stuck clumped together and that not the usual either. May be awhile before coming or recommending. I usually go once a week.

Food was pretty good. Was interesting that when approached host, was told an hour wait, but as I was standing there, I looked on Open table and chose a table 10 minutes away. Obviously chose that reservation and was seated 15 minutes after that time slot.
This was my first visit to Ignite Steakhouse! It was my 65th birthday celebration! The restaurant was very nice, the food was good too! The service was was excellent but the only concern I had was that my complete party was unable to dine together! I ask if they could fix it so that we could dine together as a party but was told it could not be done! I was unhappy due to the occasion I felt like they should have arranged so that my entire party could be seated together!! I had to make 2 reservations in order to include all my guests because I was unable to book the group under one ! In the future, I think they should correct this issue if the party request it to be changed! My guests and myself spent an exceptional amount of money to dine at Ignite and I was not granted the opportunity to dine in one space!
