Applebee's Grill - West Memphis

We was greeted by a gentleman who informed us that he could sit us but the kitchen was backed up by about fifteen minutes so could not order food yet I was a little confused about this because there was only 3 people in the restaurant I iceskated all the way to the table because floors are a sheet of grease I slipped sitting at table and skated to bathroom very unsafe

Food were cold ordered regular cheese burger and fries the server brought back chicken strips,instead of cheeseburger and also got my name wrong for an order I didn't even ask for..(blondie)I don't even know what that is..worst experience I ever had..I will never go back to that restaurant at that location.Parking: Parking no problem..

So the food wasn’t half bad, but the service was absolutely horrendous. The white lady, named Joy, was terrible. Didn’t give us the right drinks, didn’t walk around to give us the drinks. We didn’t receive our tickets, had to go up there and tell what we had. No refills. Just terrible, idk if she was new or not, but that sucked. Anyways, won’t be back, get better staff please.

Didn’t even stay to eat. Went in and we were ignored. No one to seat us and no one making effort to seat us. Did not see any servers anywhere only the bartender was working. The sad thing is that there were not many people inside at 5:00 for the service to be this bad. The last time I went to this Applebees the same thing happened. I will not go back. The absolute worst service of any restaurant I have been to. The service doesn’t even deserve 1 star.
