Pizzavola - West Melbourne

3.5 stars. Unfortunately no authentic Italian place at all, but good for Americans likely. Menu ' shows it. The pizza al Taglio we got, called Siciliana, had a lot of garlic that ruined it. The execution of the pizza was good, but, coming feom Sicily itself, without all this amount of garlic, it would have been good.

We used to love love love this place. My kid would chow down almost an entire plate of chicken& broccoli rigatoni. But for some reason they decided to add hot pepper flakes in the recipe, we ordered again without knowing and my 3yo could not tolerate the heat. Not a problem that time, we knew what to expect next time. For the next 3 times we?ve ordered this dish, after strongly emphasizing NO PEPPER FLAKES, and being reassured that there isn?t any in the recipe. We got it with spicy pepper flakes 3 out of 3 times. The amount of pasta in the entrees have gone down too. I?m not sure what?s going on because the manager or owner was always very nice and welcoming (although we haven?t seen them for a while now). The take out expectation fluctuates so much I really have lost my patience with this place. Will not return. Sorry but not sorry.

I?ve never eaten here, I love small Italian restaurants they are the best. We got the baby a classic cheese pizza slice, I wanted the Italian wrap. I was informed by our server that his truck didn?t come and they were out of a few meats. I was sad but i got a buffalo chicken wrap. I know.. not Italian but it was delicious. I wasn?t disappointed. My son pizza was full of flavor and the crust was crispy (how a crust should be). The atmosphere was clean, inviting and service was warm and family friendly. I?d go back to try other dishes. I?m Italian and I love good Italian food. Definitely a must try ??

Absolutely terrible. Have ordered La Caprese Pizza. Multiple times and had always been good. The last three times the pizza was cold where we had to reheat in oven. This time had bacon all over it. The girl entered bacon when we said extra basil. So we called and Tyler argued with my wife that we said bacon which all our orders NEVER have had bacon and what they sent to replace it is in the pictures attached. Viola was making a statement. We threw it out and will never order there again. Forgot to get the pics of the first La Caprese with bacon and we sent back trusting them to do what's right. They sent a replacement alright look at pics. Would you eat it? No more. Run Run Run. Don't believe the other reviews, there friends. Update Tyler said would refund for the pizza. A lie. Our account was charge for the whole order. See pics.

My wife and I stopped for the first time today. eating was amazing! we love Italian eating and the family of my wife is Italian she was very impressed! we had their pizza and their ravioli alforno and it was perfectly cooked. so much taste in every bite, and eating was incredibly fresh. that must be a new one for us. our server was also very friendly and prompt with everything he did a great job!
