Palm Bay Kitchen Deli - West Melbourne

I attempted to place a to-go order an hour and a half before closing time, but my order was canceled 30 minutes later.

This restaurant clearly prioritizes cutting corners. The wings were disappointing—tough, poorly cooked, and stringy, with a dipping sauce that barely resembled Buffalo sauce. The Italian sub was underwhelming, featuring a generic sweet Italian dressing that you could find in any grocery store, and it was reminiscent of a pre-made sub from 7-Eleven, despite costing over $9. Given the strong competition in the area for quality Italian combo sandwiches, this is simply unacceptable. I would not recommend this place at all. It feels like they are just using it as a money-making venture without any regard for quality or pride in their food.

The wings were very disappointing; they were tough and not cooked properly. However, the sub was quite good.

I ordered the chicken parmesan and spaghetti and meatballs and it was fantastic! It was hot fresh and delicious and we will soon order again!
