I am not sure what the workers names were, but the staff that was working on 4/23 in the evening were AMAZING. They were so kind and respectful. I hope management knows what great staff they have. While I love Moe’s, the excellent service is certainly what will keep me coming back!Vegetarian options: Tofu View all feedback.

I used to doordash and stop at this store. Several times open the last year.. It needs to be closed down. The manager was rude and all of the employees. Are doing exactly what the other people in the reviews ahead of me have all said. They are not friendly. The owner of this place needs to read these reviews and fix it. I won't ever eat there again View all feedback.
I ordered through the app, everything went smoothly! Pickup was easy plus for your birthday and first time signup you get a free cup of queso food was great and the staff were amazing ? classic “welcome to Moes!!” Moment LAST thing, the salsa station is GREAT! Excellent selection, clean and full of delicious Poblano Crema!(and other things, that one is my favorite)One LAST LAST thing, who doesn’t love a bag of free chips with every order ?Vegetarian options: Tofu is a valid vegetarian option and is offered here if you wish to add protein if not you’re able to customize everythingDietary restrictions: Easily able to adjust and customize your own mealParking: Huge parking lot, it’s located in an outlet mall type of settingKid-friendliness: Kid, friendly options and environment as well as things that can be customizedWheelchair accessibility: Easy to spot, located directly in front of the building, as expected and plenty of space inside

Giving two stars for service. Truly hoping owners/management sees this and makes a change to policy putting physical guests before online orders. When we walked in, we were barely acknowledged because the team had at least 6 online tickets they were working on. When we walked in, we were the only people in line but then a line started forming. After 3-5 minutes we were finally asked what our order was and the service was very friendly, but there needs to be more emphasis on the physical customer than the online order. Work with your team on how to fold in physical guests with the online orders, even if it’s just simply putting a tortilla or bowl down with the letters of their order on the foil. I want to emphasize again that the team was super friendly. Building processes that promote happy customers of all kinds and good service is on franchise owners and managers.
Woman with the red hair came back from a break or started her shift and went straight to the line serving food without washing her hands. Gross! Tiny portions and rude employees giving this location a bad name.
