I was craving a simple bacon and egg burger this morning and Apollo delivered exactly that. The brioche bun was lightly toasted and slightly sweet, complementing the bacon well (which wasn't too salty). It was a satisfying and filling breakfast option that hit the spot. I appreciated that they left out the BBQ sauce as per my request.

Apollo Cafe is a charming small restaurant located in a converted warehouse in West Melbourne. This family-owned establishment is known for their delicious food and coffee, ensuring that all customers leave happy and satisfied. The friendly staff and adequate street parking make for a pleasant dining experience. I highly recommend it!
I walked past the place twice and didn’t realise there was a cafe here. Dropped by here while I was waiting for a coffee course at the barista academy nearby. Staff were very polite and welcoming. Didn’t get to try the food but the coffee was so good and they’re using five senses beans too.
