The Lime Kiln - West Lothian

The food and service at this restaurant were flawless. I ordered the sirloin steak and it was cooked perfectly. The staff seemed to be new, but they were all very friendly, polite, and professional. My only criticism would be the music - it was a bit too much like elevator music for my taste. Overall, I felt comfortable and enjoyed my dining experience.

My friend and I recently visited this restaurant, our first time since it changed from the Lime Kiln. We were both pleasantly surprised by the warm and welcoming reception we received. Ross greeted us beautifully and the service provided by Arran, Ross, and the young lady who served us was excellent. My friend enjoyed the squid and chips, finding it absolutely delicious. I had the homemade mushroom and peppercorn sauces with flower cabbage, carrots, and green beans, which was also delicious. For dessert, we both had the Meringue nest with mixed berries, which was equally delightful. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this place. The service, ambiance, and food were all fantastic. We look forward to returning soon. A special thanks to Arran for taking good care of us and doing a great job with his personal touch.
