Personal fantastic. by covid really hard to work. julie has excellent customer service always ready to help ensure that everyone is happy. paul never stops walking away to make sure everything is cleaned for the customer. many thanks, julie ,paul and the rest of the staff at bathgate mcdonald’s.

This McDonald's is the best and most hardworking ever. I highly recommend this place for dining, as the staff are extremely nice and the service is incredibly fast. I would give them 5 stars, I love this McDonald's. I had the pleasure of meeting a lovely staff member named Julie, who was so kind and welcoming. She went above and beyond to make me feel at home. This restaurant was extremely disappointing. The food was barely edible and appeared to have been thrown together carelessly. When I tried to pay with cash, I was completely ignored by the staff, despite several of them looking directly at me.

I visited the McDonald's in Bathgate and within 5 seconds, me and my friends were asked to leave. When I mentioned that I was about to order, a staff member told me to hurry up. After finishing our food, the same staff member threatened to call her manager if we didn't leave. She also mistakenly referred to one of my friends as a girl, even after he corrected her. This treatment was unacceptable, especially considering we were paying customers. I expected a more enjoyable dining experience at this establishment.

Ordered from just eat soggy cold half empty chips,forgot chicken nuggets bad service won’t be back.very down hill
