What Paul Johansing doesn't like about Dragon House:
HOPELESS! Order arrived 35mins late 1 hour 35mins after it was placed. Called twice for an update the lady on the phones attitude was appalling. I was told twice that the order is not with us it's already left was then cut off on both occasions. Used to use this restaurant a lot many years ago as it was always good food and speedy service. After tonight I'll never use them again. View all feedback.
A little more pricey than other chinese especially when it comes to getting meal deals, Hong is best for those. They do do their regular meals very well, like shredded beef, and I think you should give them a try at least once.
This carry out iused to be excellent but I would sadly downgrade to average . On the plus side the delivery time was good and the food still warm when it arrived with olny minimal microwave reheat required.
I didnt use the restaurant but the takeaways are always excellent and delivered very quickly
I understand it is was very busy and I this has never happened before, but 1 and half hours on a Friday night when I live 5 minutes away is a bit ridiculous.
Took 1and a half hours to arrive was told 45 mins on app called after 45 minster and told doing it now but had to wait a further 45 mins. only giving 1 star cozy I can't give none.
