Had an absolutely terrifying experience! Usually come to this location very frequently, food is always on par and timing is efficient. However, my latest experience was an absolute nightmare. Went through drive thru and ordered my food and drinks , received it shortly after. Left and proceeded to go home. Not even 5 minutes into my drive, I start to notice error messages coming up on my vehicle, I continue Home less than a mile down the road where I am greeted with Pepsi saturating my entire middle console of my vehicle where my gear selector and infotainment controls are housed. The drink remained untouched in my cup holder the entire ride. The top to my drink wasn’t placed on properly by the staff and leaked all over. In short, the entire console shorted out and my vehicle had to be towed to BMW where repairs will cost upwards of $3-4k. Taco Bell management quickly swept their hands free of any liability, saying once it leaves the drive thru window it is no longer their property. CCTV video that was used to analyze the encounter and determine they weren’t liable, of course could not be released to me for my own viewing. I was offered $20 in compensation in addition to my original payment refunded. An admission of guilt but short of liability in my humble opinion. I am extremely upset about the entire situation. I just want my vehicle repaired. I’ve patronized countless other fast food drive thru establishments (F.E: Chic-Fa-La, McDonald’s, Wendy’s, ETC) where I’ve never encountered such issues. It all boils down to lack of training and solicitude. No accountability for employees actions whatsoever, from the top, down, I’ve witnessed nothing but absolute carelessness thus far. Thank you Taco Bell. Sad to say, I love taco bell but won’t be back after I’ve witnessed first hand how you treat your paying customers.
Dude at the register was cool,but the people preparing the food can you care just a little bit?I’m don’t understand how anyone thinks it’s cool to serve something like this.. That’s supposed to a steak burrito in case you can’t tell, waste of $8 bux i won’t be going back to this location..

Food was accurately made and it tasted good! I was trying the new vegan cheese fries and they are worth it! Thank you Taco Bell team for caring about our vegan order!Vegetarian options: Vegan fries are good! Chalupa modified fresco and beans instead of meat is my go to!
Worst fast food restaurant I've ever been too , disgusting on the inside. never clean it and will not accept any debit or credit ever. but won't tell you till you get to the register if you go through the drive-thru. never coming to this one again, I would not trust their food based off the lack of cleanliness
