Mcdonald's - Feedback

What Helgraf Dragon likes about Mcdonald's:
They know how to keep the drive-thru line moving and how and when to request people park so that they're special orders can be addressed without backing up said line. Food is to be expected for a fast food service, nothing exceptional but no problems either, No issues feeling special requests on the food. The dining area is nice. It seems like their forcing you to use the app or kiosk, no one maintaining the counter. Food should have been brought to the table, it was not. Not sure how long it sat there, fries were not hot. Bathroom was disgusting. No hand sanitizer. Receipt didn't print out. I normally go through the drive through so Ive never experienced this lack of customer service. Disappointing to say the least. View all feedback.
