We visited the store looking for some special cheese for a friend's birthday. They had a fantastic variety of cheeses to choose from. We will definitely be coming back for more specialty cheeses in the future!
During our visit to the Lincoln Christmas market from Surrey in December, we discovered Mouse House Cheese Company. The staff at the stall were extremely helpful, especially since my husband requires gluten-free options. We purchased four different wax-coated cheese truckles, which were absolutely delicious. We enjoyed them so much that we ordered 7 more (Rainbow box) online. The cheeses arrived promptly, and the website was easy to use (with a gluten-free section). We are currently enjoying the new batch of cheeses and will definitely be returning for more in the future!
I ordered 3 of the barrel cheeses from the mouse house company online. I ordered on 5th December for a Christmas hamper for my mum. I waited a while for the cheese to arrive, when it did arrive there was a cheese missing. Despite them ticking two lemoncello cheeses they only sent one. I have emailed them regarding this and after a couple of days they did reply. No apology only stating they would give me a refund. I am still waiting for a refund. I did send an email back asking if they could sent the cheese I had ordered and paid for. They haven’t replied to my email. I have now emailed today to receive a reply saying they are closed for Christmas until 4th January. So to sum up they have taken my money and not provided me which what I have ordered, and they are difficult to contact. I would not recommend this company which is a same because the cheese is lovely. Shame about the lack of customer service. Fingers crossed I get the refund.
Ordered a selection of cheeses for my hubby's 70th. The Mouse House was let down by their delivery company when a soggy parcel arrived 4 days after posting.
I ordered from here for Father’s day and it arrived amazingly quickly (to York) and tasted absolutely divine! Will 100% be ordering from here again.
