Always what I order. If you expect miracles from fast food establishments then stop ordering and cook your own food . This store is no different, they work hard, always courteous delivery , every time. Be nice to them , they're employees not mindreaders. Service can be hit or miss, I went in and picked up a carry out order the other night. The kid working the counter? was sitting on a prep table with his girlfriend in back making out lol. After maybe 3-4 minutes he realized a customer standing at thecounter and came over to check me out. Everyone else looked like they actually had a work ethic and were busy. They forgot to make one of our pizzas so we had to wait for it so when we got home we had 1 warm and 1 cold pizza.
If I was able to give less than one star I would, about six of my orders have been thrown together like nobody cares, when I get my food the pizza is literally sitting with no toppings on it due to the box obviously being turned sideways, this last timewith my order has taken an hour plus to get to me, and all I got from management was a huh weird, and then a dial tone, I won'tbe ordering from dominos again, I'll bring my business elsewhere for now on.
The service at this restaurant can be inconsistent. I recently went in to pick up a carryout order and noticed something rather unprofessional. The person at the counter was sitting on a prep table with his girlfriend in the back, engaging in some heavy flirting. After a few minutes, he finally noticed I was waiting and came over to complete my order. Meanwhile, the rest of the staff seemed to be working hard. To be honest, I found the behavior to be quite inappropriate for a public setting, and I likely won’t be returning to this location again.
I always receive exactly what I order. If you're expecting miracles from fast food places, maybe it's time to stop ordering and start cooking for yourself. This location is no different; they work hard and always provide courteous delivery, every single time. Remember to treat them kindly—they're employees, not mind readers. Update: With NFL games and college classes in full swing, these folks are getting slammed with orders but are still managing to get everything done. 100%!
When I finally went inside to get my order, I was ignored for about five minutes by both employees. I was only acknowledged after another customer came in and received her order, at which point I was finally asked what I needed. I really dislike writing negative reviews—it's not something I do often—but the service was so poor this time that I feel I can't come back here for pizza anymore, which is really disappointing.
