Spent all day on the road and haven't seen a chilis in months. As we remember the chips and salsa were awesome. Got the Cajon chicken pasta and that didn't disappoint. The wife enjoyed her sliders and kids had chicken strips. Everybody was full andhappy. The service was awesome. I want happy we had to use the table computer to check out and I wasn't able to get a paperreceipt. View all feedback.
What Aaron Flenser doesn't like about Chili's Grill:
Went on a Sunday a few months back. Had to wait 20 min even though half the restaurant was sat. It seemed like 3 people were on staff running themselves ragged. Food and drinks took a long time, were comically bad (under microwaved? , and cost as much asgoing to a nice restaurant. The employees were working hard and doing their best but they can only do so much with what they aregiven by ownership to work with. View all feedback.
I came here after a trip to Salem mass. and even though we were in halloween attire and showed up 45 min before closing the food came out quick it was perfectly done and washed down well the the seasonal beers they had on tap?video below to see the#deliciousness!!!?btw this location at this hour is the best you can get for your dollar!!

I visited this restaurant on a Sunday a few months ago and had to wait 20 minutes for a table, despite the fact that half of the restaurant was occupied. It appeared that only three staff members were managing everything, which seemed overwhelming for them. Our food and drinks took quite a while to arrive and, unfortunately, they were surprisingly subpar—almost like they had been undercooked in the microwave. The prices were comparable to those of a nicer restaurant, which was disappointing. While the employees were clearly working hard and doing their best, it’s evident that they are limited by the resources provided to them by ownership.
After two visits with the same disregard and poor service, I felt compelled to write a review. This restaurant clearly doesn't care whether you choose to dine with them or not. While we were seated promptly, that’s where the positive experience ended. We waited patiently for 40 minutes without any service—no one even acknowledged our presence. We didn’t receive water or a drink order; there was absolutely nothing for the entire 40 minutes. Despite trying to get the attention of one of the three servers who were walking around us, none of them came over. As a party of five, we eventually stood by our booth for five minutes before deciding to leave.
To make matters worse, the kitchen forgot to order the ingredients for my wife's meal. While that happens, what came out instead was a mishmash of random items, which is concerning because she has allergies. It’s disappointing, especially considering the high prices for such limited food options in the upper valley. I suppose it’s still an okay spot if you just need something cooked. It’s a shame, as it used to be one of the most reliable places to eat.
