What angi2018 doesn't like about Primrose Hill Nurseries Garden Centre And Cafe:
My review is only based on the Fruit festival event as this drew me in to visit the garden centre. Seemed a little under prepared for the numbers of visitors. The overflow car park was feeling chaotic with cars getting stuck in the mulch and no pedestrian path, so small kids and parents walking between moving cars and near the stuck ones. Lovely nursery, can always find something to buy, prices are usually cheaper than the bigger garden centres so shop local
Lovely breakfast staff very friendly service helpful. Dog friendly.
Garden Centre is OK. Soup in the cafe was watery tasteless unable to identify as leek potato.
Lovely little place. And very helpful staff. Will be a return visitor for my gardening
Wasn't great. Lots of non gardening tat, including chemically enhanced soaps and moisturisers. Couldn't even get proper gardening clothes, but they did have a designer clothes type section. It was a one way system, like IKEA. God I hate that, being headed through areas of Christmas sale items, that no-one wants. I may try again, in the spring, or summer, but not holding my breath. By the way. They don't take cash. Card or electronic payment only.
