This chipotle has the best Pollo Asado I've ever tried, Gosh, that was so good! In any case, they recommend that they may be understated, but the food is really delicious, thank you. View all feedback.
What Цотан Doe doesn't like about Chipotle Mexican Grill:
The brown rice was only half cooked and very hard on the teeth. Could not eat more than a few bites because of the raw rice. Had to waste all 3 items we had ordered for our family of 3 and rethink what we had to eat for dinner. Disappointed. View all feedback.
I can't emphasize enough how rude the staff is at this restaurant. Today, a worker displayed clear frustration when I asked about a step that was just a few centimeters behind in the line—he dropped the serving spoons and grunted. Additionally, my orders are always getting messed up, and the burritos are consistently soggy and not even wrapped properly. This has been the most frustrating experience I've ever had at a Chipotle. We really need another location near Lakeway.
I'm consistently disappointed with this Chipotle location. Sometimes the lobby is closed, other times they only accept cash or only cards, and occasionally they only take online orders. If you're looking for a quick lunch, this isn’t the place to go!
My daughter and I had steak burritos on Sunday, December 4th, and a few hours after our meal, we fell seriously ill. Now it’s Tuesday, and we’re still bedridden and suffering from the effects of those burritos. We attempted to call the restaurant multiple times to alert them and inform the manager, but no one answered. It seems like there might be a food safety issue at this establishment, so please be cautious. My doctor has confirmed that we are experiencing food poisoning from our meal there.
Ordering food on the app. And it was done! Fantastic! Unfortunately, after the app order, my son decided that he also wanted a Burrito. You'd think no problem! We'll go in and take one. FAT CHANCE THERE! There was only one person in the line, so I was excited and thought I was out there in a dirt. The service was super slow for them, but I was patient and didn't even roll my eyes! After what seemed to be forever, it was my turn! I tried what I wanted to ask for at least a dozen times, and I was LEADY! Unfortunately, they were not ready for me. I watched quietly how the worker began to take app order revenue from the wall. He began to make the app Burritos as I stood, less than 2 meters before him, stared at him. He didn't recognize me at all. Here's the kicker... a second worker came by, my savior! I thought. She took a reception and started an app order. Ugggh, the eye-rolling started and I discussed if I should just go. I waited for each of them to make two orders. Finally I gave my order and could leave the store 16 minutes after entering. For ONE BURRITO. The Burrito I was present for was good. The Burritos we ordered through the app were loaded with rice and had hardly steak. We used to have such great experiences on our Chipotle back in Chicago...
