Potbelly Sandwich Shop - West Lafayette

During our visit to the village for a meal, we found ourselves cut off from the open restaurants on a rainy Sunday afternoon due to some ongoing construction. Despite being understaffed with just two employees, they graciously welcomed us in, even though they were considering closing early due to the lack of customers. They went above and beyond to serve me, my wife, and our 3-year-old. The service was outstanding, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the food was delicious. I absolutely love this place!

I'm not usually a big fan of sandwich shops, but I had a great experience here. The staff was very friendly, and the combo meals were fantastic. The sandwiches were really delicious!

I visited during lunchtime, and the wait was quite frustrating. They also misplaced my order. However, despite these issues, the staff handled the situation well. The manager started offering free drinks to customers who had been waiting, which showed his attentiveness to our needs. Overall, the customer service was excellent, even though the waiting time was lengthy. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the people were friendly. In the end, the sub was definitely worth the wait and confusion.

Delicious ingredients. The bread is actually tasty and does not taste like bread-flavored cardboard. I love the variety of ingredients. The Mediterranean is my favorite sandwich on the menu and has been for years! The place also has some funny Purdue-Memorabilia.

Really good sandwiches though they're pricey for what you get.
