Friendly staff, pleasant atmosphere, the food was very tasty and clean, and they had good vegetarian options. I'm going back. I had the spicy tofu plate and the vegetarian sushi salad, and both were very good! View all feedback.
The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was enjoyable. The food was delicious and presented well, with plenty of great vegetarian options. I’m definitely returning! I tried the spicy tofu plate and the vegetarian sushi salad, and both were excellent!
I brought my lunch with me when I visited Purdue, hoping to find something gluten-free. During my last visit, I stumbled upon Green Sprout. They offer a fantastic variety of delicious Asian fusion cuisine, combining elements of a sushi restaurant and a Korean bakery. Their gluten-free menu is quite impressive, featuring gluten-free baked goods and sushi rice. One of the standout items are their 'rice triangles': warm rice with scrumptious fillings, perfectly wrapped in a nori triangle. Priced a little over $2 each, they are quite filling and make for delightful finger food, especially on a cold day.
For all the vegans out there, this place is a must-try for lunch on campus! I had the Mushroom Tofu special, which I asked to be made spicy, and it was absolutely delicious. The service was friendly and quick as well.
Nice bowls for lunch.
