Bowen Bistro - West Lafayette

I loved watching Bowen on MasterChef and so I just had to visit his restaurant!!! His food did not disappoint. I came with my boyfriend on a date night and it was the right call each dish we ordered was flavorful, and presented beautifully. Highly recommend!!

I will give zero if I can. The food does not match the price, drinks are directly from the can, and the restaurant is just like a Starbucks. If you want a fine dining, just go to Bistro 501. If you want the same food quality, Texas Roadhouse is better.

Wow, everything was amazing. So glad to have such a high-end chef here in our town. We had a great anniversary dinner in several courses. Not everything on the menu was available but everything we had was amazing.My steak was so very tender and somehow the searing was the best I've ever tasted. Tarot ice cream was a great finisher. Really it was all great.It's pricey of course but I felt the meal was appropriately elegant. We found out that it will probably not last until the fall of 2022. Sounds like the chef is headed off to New York. That's a loss for our town.If you have the time and the money be sure to catch it before they leave, it was a great dinner.

We went to Bowen Bistro for our birthdays and we had a great time, the food was amazing. My favorite was the frozen pear appetizer, my bfs was the fillet mignon. And the wine was one of the best wines Ive had in Lafayette, great pairing. My bf has severe peanuts and shellfish allergies and during the reservation we asked if they accommodated people with such allergies and they did. We even got to meet Bowen and he had his Masterchef apron.

After watching Master Chef, and Bowen being one of our favorites to root for, we had to make a reservation! You can see the beauty and passion Bowen puts into his work the moment you enter the establishment. The food was absolutely divine, everything from presentation to taste! Bowen runs the show, seats you, serves you, and, I assume, cooks (obviously lol. He was nothing but kind, very positive, and a great host. We loved the experience through and through!!! : We will definitely be back!!
