they removed the better 50% of the menu. here there is nothing but burger and wings and the burgers are in the middle and the wings are rainy. Now they have to change the name. they don't sell bark. they don't even sell pommes more and they were the best in the country maybe. they do not sell Italian sausage or Italian bark sandwiches. they were released from the Italian burger. they were freed from the pork pliers.... The burger was served hot, and the crispy waffle fries were a delightful addition. It made for the perfect Friday dinner. Why do other trendy places serve lukewarm burgers? This was genuinely the best burger and beer I've had in a long time. I could definitely see myself making this a regular stop!
The food is okay, but nothing to write home about. The chicken tenders were pretty bad, and I ended up feeling sick afterward. I’m not sure why they choose to deep fry an entire chicken breast, but that’s what it seems like they’re doing here, resulting in a dry and greasy dish. On a positive note, the wings and mozzarella sticks were quite good.
They’ve removed the best half of the menu, leaving just burgers and wings. The burgers are average, and the wings are soggy. They really need to change the name because they no longer offer the great dishes they used to. They don’t even have their famous fries anymore, which I think were some of the best in the country. There's no Italian sausage or Italian beef sandwiches either — they’ve really strayed from those authentic flavors. I’m so frustrated! If they would just bring back the Italian beef and those amazing fries, I’d give them a five-star rating. They even used to have Chicago dogs, but those are gone too. At this point, someone should open a restaurant that offers everything they’ve taken off the menu, because the Purdue campus could really use a spot like that. They’ve got a monopoly on bad food now!
Ordered funnel cake sticks, mozzarella sticks and mini-maishunds. Get 8 Mozzarella sticks and several mini-maishunds. The funnel cake remains... what a joke. Maybe a dozen. I remember that the bag is at least half full, but not the case here. Wouldn't you order for $5 again if that makes it about 50 cents a freak?
It was my first time trying this restaurant's burger and I was not disappointed. They make all these burgers vegetarian too as long as you indicate them. So, that's a plus for those veggie lovers. Great price, great quality, definitely trying again.
