Subcity Donair Ltd - West Kelowna

Came in and only 1 person at the counter so was overwhelmed for lunch. Had the chicken donair. Very dry and flavorless Even with sauce. Also the tortilla was dry. The counter was dirty and had to clean it to sit down. Needs some improvement.

Wide variety on the menu but I've only tried their donairs, great food at reasonable prices. Blue collar atmosphere and seating. A great place for lunch!

I've been to the downtown Kelowna Subcity and was pleased. Same order at this West Kelowna location came with quite a small amount of chicken Not sure what's the point of being in a chain/franchise if there's no consistency. Doubt I'll return to this location.

By far the best donair,however, I was disgusted with how dirty and unsanitary it is. I sat down close to the dessert area and noticed the dirt and grease on the walls and floors. The Skittle container looked like it has been there for years. The amount of dirt fluff on the wall hangings was enough to loose my appetite. I am not sure if the City of West Kelowna has standards and if they make regular visits but the owner really needs to clean it up.

Great atmosphere and even better food .... A must try for anyone young or old .... Run and don't walk to have the best ... i did
