What Elin J doesn't like about Starbucks:
Went with my son inside and ordered a kids hot chocolate, and a lactose free vanilla latte. Hand to God, it took 35 minutes !! to get two drinks only for the hot chocolate to be a white hot chocolate. No apology given, even for the insane wait time… just a “would you like it remade?” Uh… yes! It’s not what I ordered. I would love to highlight how wonderful this place could be, but sadly, I had to leave after waiting a long time without getting my drink. It was quite disappointing.
After about half an hour, I began to feel quite ill because my latte was clearly not made with lactose-free milk. Just because someone doesn't have an allergy doesn't mean that certain ingredients can't cause serious problems; it's important to take those requests seriously. While the drive-thru service has been acceptable, my experience inside the restaurant was a total disaster.
Frustrated by the situation, I ultimately decided to request a refund and left without my drinks. I can say with confidence that I won’t be placing any orders at this Starbucks again!
I cannot recommend using the drive-thru at this location. We waited nearly 25 minutes in line and still hadn’t even reached the ordering point. If you’re in a rush, consider finding a different location or skip the drive-thru entirely.
There's little more to say when it takes 15 minutes to get just one grande Americano! With only one person preparing drinks, I’m not keen on facing that wait again anytime soon. It's obvious that resources aren't being utilized efficiently here.
