Sakana Sushi - West Jordan

This restaurant is one that we often do. We probably eat here once or twice a month. We love Japanese food. My spouse and I both prefer the Sakana Steak, and I love her Vegas role. The food is ALWAYS fresh and delicious. I love eating here because I always feel very satisfied, but never too full or even restless as I in other facilities where the kitchen is not so healthy and clean. We also enjoy the order home. The restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly.

While it is usually insane to order American food in an Asian restaurant, I have done it more often than admitting a fool. But finally, after 30 years of marriage with a food, I cost success. She had the sunset and claimed it was delicious. I ignored all the inconceivable horrific decisions in my past and ordered the BBQ ribs and pommes. For the first time in a year, I made every last foam on my plate. Absolute perfection in fried potato category. Seriously, better than most American joints. Then I hurled into the ribs. When I came to the air, the six were gone, I was filled and so happy. I have eaten some of the most celebrated ribs in the world, and these are close to the top of the chart. You are a little different from your typical BBQ, but still so delectable. Anyway, this couple found a new favorite restaurant! Also our server, Holly, was excellent. No complaints. See you soon.

Small but cozy Japanese place. Items are cooked to so patiently order, the sushi takes a little longer. The Calamari was so delicate and beautiful, it was paired with a perfect wicy mayo (not sure the sauce), I ordered the teriyaki chicken and I did not enjoy it, Mild taste and dry, but I paid for extra calamari sauce and boom... delish! Time to fight this sauce and sell it to me. The mochi was ok, I don't love the outer layer texture, but it was presented beautifully. Had a strange experience with the waitress, but the manager addressed it immediately and was very professional. We'll be back.

If you are looking for high quality delicious food Sakana Sushi Bar is a great place to go. Good variety-friendly staff that you feel welcome... value the time and money. Sitting is limited, so I suggest arriving a little earlier than most people would eat.

So good! The sushi was so fun and beautiful! The staff was nice and so helpful. I highly recommend the chef pick Sashimi plater. I would not of chose the octopus but it was one of my favorites! The lime on it was so good! We will definitely be back. I was hoping for an all you can eat but I still was full when I left still.
