Rita's Italian Ice Frozen Custard

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant! My husband ordered a large cone, but it was only filled halfway. I was supposed to get a large sundae, but all I received were two tiny scoops of peanut butter cups with barely any frozen custard. If I wanted just a candy bar, I could have bought one for much less than $10. We noticed that other customers seemed to receive much better service and larger portions than we did, which made it feel as though they didn't want us there. We definitely won't be returning, and we'll be sure to share our experience with others. This was our first visit, and unfortunately, you never get a second chance to make a first impression.

The Italian ice cream here is fantastic! They offer samples, allowing you to taste before making your choice.

The restaurant advertised that it would open at noon today, but when we arrived, no one was there to unlock the doors. Eventually, someone found the keys, and I decided to wait and let the lady get settled. However, we've now been waiting for 45 minutes, and it’s still not open. It’s now 3:45 PM. I think I'll just stick with Zeppes instead.

It was outstanding! There's nothing quite like Italian water ice.

I absolutely love this place! The customer service was fantastic, and the gelatin was delicious. I can't wait to come back soon!
