Papa Murphy 's Take 'n ' Bake Pizza

The cashier (male) needs some customer service skills. As I came to the register to make my order, he walked away, did not say anything, and I waited there for about 5 min. The guy that was preparing the pizzas had to go on the back to get him. He then came to the register, and again, he did not say or ask any questions. 5 stars to the guy who was literally doing everything else, preparing the pizzas, answering the phone, and saying thank you. As per my pizza, I asked for a chicken artichoke, and my pizza had no artichokes or enough spinach, but a lot of seasoning... very disappointed and yes, the cashier also prepared my pizza

We usually love this Papa Murphys location but we had a bad experience. There was a young kid there making the pizzas and we found a metal/plastic bag tie mixed in with our topings on a family size Cowboy pizza. When we brought it in he did nothing about it but he said they don't have those there. It came from somewhere and was definitely wrapped in the pizza before we brought it home.

Excellent customer service!! The pizza was Phenomenal. I will be going back. I always tip.

I always like this Papa Murphy's. I've been to other ones throughout the valley and I feel like this has the best customer service and friendliest people. I also want to give a shout out to the employee that was working by himself tonight! I should have looked at his name badge because he was so calm and collected with all the people coming in for the Tuesday night deal and he was friendly to everyone. Great job!
