Stopped in for a quick bite to eat. The food was great, the place clean and service was friendly but the temperature inside was very uncomfortable. Hopefully the issue is resolved. Otherwise I was happy. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Panda Express:
Some of the worst services I have received for years. I'd have paid and waited for food that was already prepared. Then I say I have to wait for the four customers behind me because they were in front of her. It didn't matter that I was there and paid before them. Their food is not so good that they can treat their customers like that. In the end, I didn't even get my food. Unacceptable. View all feedback.
The staff there are always so nice. I was helped by Ashley, I think the beautiful girl with the green hair, she was such a treasure. The other woman who was with her was sweet, even though I didn't catch her name. Please let them know that their customer service is as wonderful as they are:
That's the best panda I've ever been at the staff was very nice and they actually have the small pullout box filled in contrast to other pandas that give you like 3 pieces chikens
This place is very beautiful. It has quite good food. I really like the orange chicken here. The atmosphere was beautiful and it wasn't too busy. I can say the stand is not so comfortable, but better than much. Really good experience overall, will be back for more.
Love panda in general my favorites is the teriyaki chicken the staff here are fast clean and friendly would recommend defiant
I have a bowl of super green and teriyaki chicken. They were both, so I ordered, paid and waited. What I have no problem with. But while I was sitting there waiting, I watched every single employee most of the time with food, pliers and spoons, without wearing gloves. They would snap the spoons to grind rice deep enough down, their hand touched the rice. Then they would scratch their neck or touch their hair, and go back directly to serve food, not wash their hands once. I was probably in the restaurant in 10 minutes. There was a galle wearing gloves about half the time, but except that nobody else wore gloves. Not the cashiers that would cut the Teriyaki chicken, then back to cashier, not to cook in the back, not the two girls on the front that served all the dishes. I find it very inconvenient that employees over their bodies then touch their hands in the food they expect customers to eat. I even asked the galle when she gave me my food when she was supposed to wear gloves when she treated food, and she gave me this look of confusion and naturally said we are. She had barked out the people and then picked up the pieces of the Teriyaki chicken and cut them open, then the people barked out again while they didn't even wear gloves.
