Show the worst little Caesars I've ever had. actually the only bad I had. First, though I spent over $20, it wouldn't honor the free pizza what was good. I ordered the deep court, that's the only thing I ever get. Every place makes them thick as they should be. This pizza was the same depth as her other pizza... maybe half inch. I bought pizza at 9:50 and the young Spanish girl with short black hair treated the pizza boxes that had pizza in them! During handling / speaking on their phone!? There?s too many viruses go around!!! Do your job right! Nobody wants to get sick???????
The pizza is standard Little Caesars pizza. Not horrible, not amazing. The service has gone way, way downhill in the last 6 months. The entire crew changed and they have like four people trying to throw hundreds of pizzas per night. I ordered online and my pizza was supposed to be done at 5:45 tonight. I never got a notification so I just showed up at about 5:55. They had literally dozens of pizzas stacked and when I asked her where my order was, she acted like I was being impatient. One lady spent a solid 15 minutes looking through each pizza box, stack8ng them, and then repeating the exact same operation. It took her another 30 minutes to get my order out and I watched people come order pizza and get theirs before mine which was supposed to be ready because I ordered online. This is very similar to the other experiences I've had here. Horrible service. Not one smile, just agitation that I dare ask where my order is. There were several people standing inside and outside the store who had orders over 30 minutes late. When I finally got mine, I wished everybody good luck on the way out and got a big laugh.
I would rate it a zero star if I could. I do not expect much out of a Little Caesars, but this is the second really poor service has happened recently. The breadsticks were extremely burnt and hard as a rock. I do not know how the employee could have pulled this out of the oven, cut it up and put it in a bag without blatantly acknowledging it and doing it anyways. Don't waste your money or time with this place
Why do you have a pizza portal if you don't use it? Today my husband only ordered in the app to let me wait 40 minutes to give me just a pizza from the warmer. Can't you give me the pizza when I first got in? At least 10-15 other customers who came in and did not preorder received a regular paprika pizza that was handed over to them. I usually wait, but I ordered ahead because I had food in my car. I think the woman at the switch was the manager. Your customer service and friendliness leave much to be desired. After 13 years of patronage, I will go somewhere else.
Normally 5 stars here. Tonight, it could be because they were extremely busy, but when I ordered ahead with the app, my pizza was not placed in the pizza portal. My email said to see the cashier. There was only one person working as a cashier. So after I finished waiting in line I asked the cashier if the pizza portal was broken. She said no that they were just really busy... This I can understand. The part that knocked them from five stars down to four stars was that I saw how she treated certain people who were in line ahead of me, with a certain level of professionalism and decorum, and then when it came down to me for some reason she behaved with the level of laissez-faire indifference. Definitely not enough to break my experience with the establishment, just a little bit confused about this behavior of seeming to play favorites with some customers.
