When I... read more The staff at this restaurant was very impolite. I was given the incorrect sandwich and returned 10 minutes after placing my order to rectify the mistake. When I brought this to their attention, a different employee questioned if I was at the right location, despite the fact that the employee who made the sandwich had already been given my paper ticket. They disposed of the incorrect sandwich and informed me that I would need to pay for a new one because they could not find any record of my initial order. After reaching out to customer service, my complaint was forwarded to the owner, but I never received a response. The price of the sandwich, combined with the staff's attitude, made my first visit unsatisfactory, and I do not plan on returning. Update: I believe the rude employee's name was Hayden.

His extra effort has solidified my loyalty as a customer, as I already enjoyed the food at the restaurant.

I was picking up an online order that was about $53.00. I have a son who will only eat sandwiches with cheese on them and nothing else. Since this is not an opt... read more I was picking up an online order that was about $53.00. I have a son who will only eat sandwiches with cheese on them and nothing else. Since this is not an option offered online, we 've always placed the rest of our order and then requested the bread-with-cheese sandwich and paid for it at the counter. This evening a young man who said his name was Hayden, and that he was the manager, refused to sell me 6 inches of bread with a slice of cheese on it. I reassured him I would pay for it, but he said he had no way to ring it up and would therefore not sell it to me. I told him that we 've done this many times before and the Jersey Mike 's employees have always worked with us, usually charging around $5. He still refused. The two younger men who were working with Hayden made suggestions, like ringing it up as gluten free or some other item that would be comparable in price. Hayden refused. I was getting really annoyed and asked him to please figure something out because I knew they had the items I wanted, and I was willing to pay. He would not. He just asked if there was anything else he could do. I told him he could give me his manager 's name and number. He told me the manager is Eli and I can call on Monday to talk to him. This is obviously unacceptable customer service. I spent upwards of $50 on sandwiches from your shop and your employee couldn 't be bothered to sell me bread and cheese. What a piece of garbage.
