Island Grinds Wju - West Jordan

We waited over 30 minutes for the food. My katsu was soggy not crunchy like it should be. I asked for another sauce one just isn't enough. They were going to charge me for it. This wouldn't be a big deal, but they didn't even tell us they didn't havemac salad when we ordered. I am pretty sure giving a sauce wouldn't cost more than not giving mac salad. The one in west valleyis so much better. I expected them to be the same. Customer service is definitely not a strong suit.

This is the most terrible customer services. I try to support local business but when you experience what I have it hard to do that. I order short ribs and all I got was chicken. I try to give them a second chance and when I order they the three meatcombo I only got chicken. I tried a third time to go to them order on door dash and they cancel my order due to being closedbut when I drove by they were open. Y?all need to go take business classes on how to be professional and honesty.

Man the pupu chicken was fiiiiiirrrreeee???. Mac salad was good too, my kalbi was a little burnt on the edges but I aatee that lol will be back for more thanks ?

This place is never open!! The food is fantastic and haven’t found any Hawaiian food here in the valley that tops it, the only problem is their hours are super inconsistent and you never know if they’ll be open or not. I’ve posted on my social media about them and have recommended it to a few friends which they’ve told me they tried going three times during “normal hours” and they were closed each time. Love to support local and send more business, but wish they were actually open for business!

It would be nice if you guys could be open on the days that you are suppose to be open. I check your website to make sure you’re open but when I get there, no one is there. Your food is really good though.
