No matter which location of this restaurant I visit, the staff are consistently fantastic and chosen specifically for their charming and friendly personalities. Even on your first visit, they make you feel like you've been friends for years. It's like chatting with a buddy while you wait for your tasty coffee. The drinks were good, but I was annoyed because even though my car and the one in front of me were in line for an equal amount of time, we were helped after someone who arrived after us. The staff member even acknowledged our presence by looking at us. It was frustrating to see people who rushed ahead being served before others who arrived earlier. View all feedback.
It doesn't play a role to which db I go. the workers are really all amazing and especially hand-picked for their charming and friendly personality. Even if it's the first time you're here, they treat you as if you've ever met. it's like talking to a friend for the few minutes, waiting for her delicious coffee. also the products are far better than dieucks.
The people are so nice here I've almost never had a messed up order and even then it was an amazing experience. My dad also comes here often and he loves the place too. The staff here are sweet and super nice and they offer pup cups amazing
I went to this Dutch Bros last night after having gone to a different one, and they were the absolute BEST!!! I had a very poor experience with the previous Dutch Bros, and I drove over to this location to get something different and they wrote me the sweetest note on my cup, didn't charge me, and went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued customer. Best Dutch Bros out there! Thank you guys!!
This location is BY FAR the worst Dutch Bros in the SLC valley. Never have I EVER gotten my drink made correctly and I'm a regular at multiple locations, so I know how it should look and taste. I want to give them a chance when I'm over there and really wanting a coffee, but NEVER AGAIN. I'll drive clear the other direction just so I get my drink how it's supposed to be. A medium Nitro Cold Brew with Golden Eagle ingredients and a soft top is so easy. LEARN HOW TO PROPERLY MAKE YOUR DRINKS!
Went out of my way to go on a snowy evening, and apparently they can’t handle the cold because they were closed two hours before it said they were supposed to be closed. they can stay inside if they want so i don’t understand what their problem is. maybe they should hire employees like the ones in oregon, specifically mason haack. they’re way better.
