We chose tortang talong (vegetarian), monggo (which was mostly soup), beef caldereta (quite good), and crispy jeprox (perfectly done). Unfortunately, we were served broth from the pork sinigang, which was bland and greasy rather than the sour and savory flavor we were expecting.
