Order the tender lamb that is called Roasted but is more likely boiled. Hot vegetables are overcooked so stick to cold appetizers like tahini dip and beet salad. Tell him to toast the pita and put za 'atar on it. Ask for extra lemon juice to use on everything because the spicing is pretty bland, probably for the tourist groups that eat there.
