Mcdonalds - West Jefferson

I can say this cuz I work in fast food I stopped at McDonald's West Jefferson the people that took my order they are loud and rude I got my mail I got a McDouble small fry and a small Coke my fries were so cold my hamburger was cold they've just really went downhill is so sad because I enjoyed stopping by there used to have really good food and now it was just horrible and I did not go back because the line got big it was lunch time but don't stop by there it's not worth it thank you

I am a frequent customer of this McDonald's establishment. While the service is usually excellent, on this particular occasion, the establishment was experiencing a higher than normal volume of customers. As a result, the ice in my frappé was not properly blended, resulting in difficulty consuming it through the provided straw. This situation caused a minor inconvenience.

Made me pull out to a parked spot to wait on a double cheeseburger at 3pm and didn't give me my entire order when they did finally come out.

This is w fantastic location. The staff was friendly, fast, and helpful. The store was clean and tidy. 100% recommend a stop if hungry.

Check ALL of your order before leaving. 90% of the time items will be missing or wrong and you have to drive back. Unfortunately this is the only fast food place nearby or we would never eat here. 1/14 update. Half hour after open, employees in store won't answer phone or drive thru.
