I can say this cuz I work in fast food I stopped at McDonald's West Jefferson the people that took my order they are loud and rude I got my mail I got a McDouble small fry and a small Coke my fries were so cold my hamburger was cold they've just really went downhill is so sad because I enjoyed stopping by there used to have really good food and now it was just horrible and I did not go back because the line got big i... The customer service was awesome! I wish I knew their names, but both people at each of the windows were so kind. I drove away thinking about the experience.

The people who work here are rude, mean nasty. Won't ne back..Also won't recommend
Pricey!! 2 egg mcmuffins meals was 16 that insane, probably won't go back, no more value meals at McDonald's that's a shame
