Kfc - West Hempstead

I am tired of always being asked to come inside when I pull up to the drive-thru at this restaurant. They should put up a sign, cones, or some kind of barrier to block it off so I can just drive past. I am going to Popeye's instead, where the drive-thru is always open.

The customer service at this restaurant is extremely poor. The employees are rude and have even cursed at customers. One employee, a Hindu man, called us inappropriate names, while another, a Spanish woman, made offensive gestures towards us. Additionally, the food was served cold and half of my order was missing. I strongly advise against visiting this KFC location. Keep away from this establishment.

I visited the KFC drive-thru to pick up my order, and was told it would be ready in 12 minutes. After paying, the cashier instructed me to park my car and wait for my order. However, after waiting for over 20 minutes, I returned to the window only to discover they had forgotten about my order. The cashier then asked me to move aside while they prepared it. After waiting an additional five minutes, I was about to request a refund when the cashier shouted from the window that my order was finally ready. Instead of bringing it to my car as other fast food restaurants do when orders are delayed, the cashier asked me to walk up to the window to collect it. The service was poor and I do not recommend this KFC location. The inconvenience is not worth it, as fast food restaurants should provide orders quickly and efficiently, which was not the case here.

The worst, rudest person ever. This hindu person (I hate saying nationalities but I wanted to specify who it was. Took my order in the drive thru being sarcastic, nasty and charged me $1 for one ranch sauce.

Chicken a bit salty. Fries was ok. Cashier was pleasant and friendly.
