Very clean compared to the norm in Mount Pocono and Tannersville Pennsylvania. Service was impeccable and younger gentleman (Damien) at the counter on point, kind and respectful. This man deserves a raise, working the counter, cleaning, and working hard. Love when you see someone care at work brings a tear to my eye. View all feedback.
What B N doesn't like about Wendy's:
Rude Sunday lunch manager. She didn’t know how to use my rewards on my phone application and she blamed her ignorance on me and on the cashier instead. Terrible customer service. You should replace her. View all feedback.
Traveling for work, got the chicken asiago sandwich and....what the hell was that? It was a flat piece of chicken mostly breading with no sauce on the sandwich.
What happened to the French toast! Seems like they have gotten bigger over night. The Cinnabon was good 8/10
Cold fries went in my garbage when I got home! Actually they were cold as I reached in my bag after I got my order!
Food was not hot especially fries. Server not very friendly.
