Great experience! My boyfriends church was having a gathering and he wanted to bring bannana pudding. It was a last minute thing. The event was on saturday we called them a couple hours before they closed on friday. They were very friendly professional and accommodating. We went down to try their banna pudding and we wete very satisfied. We ordered a pan of it for the event for 40.00. It was well worth it. View all feedback.

We went into our new bakery in our great city of west haven, happy to have a family own bakery, well went in today to get a birthday cake there where like 15 cupcakes in cases a Register and a commercial heating unit in the corner, ask them do you have cakes, sure they do a 6 inch chocolate cake $30, no cakes or cookies or any real bakery stuff not happy,, you will not last in west haven if you guys don’t step up, an... I made the mistake of going to Gatisonella Bakery at 10:45 a.m. on a Saturday morning...they were almost sold out! You see it was my first time there and I had no idea how wonderful these beautifully made and incredibly tasting treats were!! Thank goodness there were a few items left to buy and try for myself, ahem, for my daughter 's birthday! The cupcakes were heavenly and worth the price tag. In my opinion, most bakeries make and sell a cupcake size cupcake you know, the size we would make at home and then add a half cup of frosting to make them look large enough to warrant the price tag. That is not the case at Gatisonella. Tabitha 's cupcakes are more of a muffin size and she does not drown them in frosting. IMO, it 's just enough and it 's not sickening sweet. The cake is more on the dense side, which I love, because it holds up to the frosting. I will be back, earlier in the day, for more!

Cupcakes were delicious! Bought for my mother’s birthday- she loved the lemon! Tried many of the flavors- all were incredible!
Great new place…tried a few cupcakes and gave that tingle in the back of your mouth that satisfies your sweet tooth. Going back for a larger party order next time..love this small business and hope they succeed!!
I wish I could share photos of the desserts here but frankly we eat them too fast to remember to take pics! Made fresh with real attention to detail these are not your regular store bought cupcakes mass produced. These are delicacies made with love and shared with the community. You NEED to try them. And those other comments about the Banana pudding cups? Uh…. Yeah….if I ever go there and don’t bring one home for my wife I would expect divorce papers will await me by the next day. It’s that good.
