Went to the drive thru speaker, waited almost 5 minutes and nobody spoke. It was 2 in the afternoon so they were definitely open. 4 cars were behind me so I left. If you are busy, that's fine but at least tell customers so and ask them to wait. View all feedback.
THE WORST DUNKIN DONUT EVER !!! THEY WILL MESSED UP YOUR ORDER EVEN IF YOU REPEATED IT TWICE !!!It’s a shame Omg. This place is the worst. Whoever manages this place needs to be let go. I ordered a simple drink and repeated like three times. And come to the window and it’s wrong ??!!!! Waited another 10mins cause they forgot I ordered a donut. Then came and tell me they don’t have it ??? There is this young guy working there on on Monday 1/24/22, he’s the worst. That’s all I can say. It seemed the place is run by kids at the mall. Whoever owns this joint needs to like seriously be hiring new people. You will lose customers this way.
It's better to dine in and enjoy a full meal within 30 minutes rather than use the drive-thru, where you might end up with the wrong order. Having worked in food service myself, it's surprising how frequently mistakes occur with orders here. The staff seem disinterested and it’s clear that they don't want to be at work.
I visited this restaurant around 10:30 AM and was disappointed by the service. Two female employees were at the counter; one was on her phone while the other was counting money, completely ignoring the customers in the drive-thru. They were incompetent when it came to taking orders. I even took photos to document the poor service. After waiting for 30 minutes without receiving my coffee, I decided I would never go back. This experience was frustrating and damaging to their business.
The worst donuts in west haven. please save them frustration and skip this place. they burned my sandwich and let us wait so long, only because they wanted to chat and act uninterested with the customers and if they have their drink, it is not even what they have ordered. ?
Terrible!!! 3 am , girl at window was really rude, tried to rush me out the drive way when she didnt even get my order correct and forgot to give straws….. to me they should not be working fast food!
