Dunkin' - West Haven

This Dunkin' can become quite crowded, both inside and at the drive-thru. To make your visit faster, I recommend ordering ahead of time. Simply walk in, pick up your order at the counter, bypass the line, and you're all set!

This place is far better than the extremely slow Valero Dunkin. I waited 22 minutes for a medium black coffee and two donuts, with only one person ahead of me in line. The staff was unprofessional, displaying rude behavior and using foul language.

The staff really takes excellent care of you when you arrive. They are friendly and respectful, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

I typically visit this restaurant for its convenience, but today I had a great experience thanks to a wonderful server named Alan. He was extremely polite and provided quick service. I also noticed that my items were packed in a cool bag with a cup holder, which I thought was pretty neat—I'm not sure if that's a new feature, but it was a nice touch!

I make it a point to stop here every morning on my way to work. The staff at this location is really exceptional! Plus, the coffee is consistently fresh.
