Noodles Company - West Hartford

I had a great experience ordering take-out from this restaurant. I chose the stuffed tortellini in a spicy sauce and added feta cheese and parmesan crusted chicken to it. The food was delicious overall. I also ordered a kids meal with macaroni and cheese, which the child enjoyed. I had a reward available, so I received a free rice crispy treat as well!

Avoid this restaurant at all costs. The staff do not wear hairnets or gloves, and are seen scratching their heads and beards near the food preparation area. The portion sizes are extremely small for the price, and overall the establishment has a lack of hygiene. It is not worth visiting.

Food used to be the best at this location....lately it's been less than. Still ok....trying a new location soon.

I enjoy pasta, but I'm not a fan of this particular brand. I have tried a few items on the menu, such as the fried chicken and crusted chicken, but I didn't like them. The garlic bread wasn't to my liking either. I believe it's vegan, but I would prefer to go to Olive Garden instead. This is just my personal taste preference, so I give it a rating of three. It wasn't terrible, but it's just not for me.

The food was bland, flavorless and tasted like the worst frozen dinners microwaved in plastic containers. I told the manager I would not be returning. He did explain that they were transitioning to new processes. I suggested that they stop the transition.
