This Dunkin' location is just okay. I visit this part of the city about once a week, and I prefer the one on Park Road over the 56. I've encountered a few issues with my mobile orders, particularly with the donuts. During my visit at noon on March 5, I noticed the store traffic was light and the flow was smooth. This plaza features several popular venues, but unfortunately, the parking lot doesn't seem large enough to accommodate the overall customer traffic. Additionally, I would have appreciated more visible handicap parking spaces. The staff, however, were very accommodating with my order. I ordered a frozen coffee, and they prepared it exactly how I like it—with no chunky ice and the perfect flavor.
Dunkin' has always been a solid choice for coffee, breakfast sandwiches, and donuts. However, I recently tried their avocado toast, and I found it to be extremely overpriced! For just one slice of ordinary toast topped with a tiny amount of avocado (and I mean tiny) and some bacon bits, they charged nearly $5! What were they thinking?! If I hadn't sent my husband to pick it up without knowing the price, I would have never tried it! It was gone in a flash... It tasted good, but it barely filled me up!
I go to this dunkin' exceptional service every morning! they know my coffee and normally make it before I ask him. always very friendly, fast, clean environment. it is difficult to find trustworthy dunkin' standorte, but this is one. they always get the order exactly. would recommend a stop if they are in the opposite!

However, the next two times I ordered classic donuts that were supposedly in stock, but neither time did they actually include them in my mobile order. I ended up waiting about 10 minutes in line both times just to ask the cashier for the donuts I ordered. What's the point of using mobile ordering if I still have to wait in line at the end?
