It was a hot day, and the restaurant was quite crowded. The service was acceptable, but I was disappointed with the selection of flavors available. They offered a wide variety, but I believe they should prioritize the most popular options, which shouldn’t run out. To say the employees are lazy and rude would be an understatement. We’ve come in more than a half hour before close and they refused to make a shake. Also what employer allows for earbuds to be worn in a customer service position? I’ll be taking my business to the Glastonbury location from now on. View all feedback.
The staff simply allowed people to enter the line without much communication. They barely spoke English, had unpleasant attitudes, and seemed eager to be elsewhere. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place! Instead, consider supporting a local independent business.

I had a terrible experience today and would give it zero stars if I could. The woman working there, named Sandra, was extremely rude and had a horrible attitude. We will never return to this restaurant.
Attitude is terrible. I am not sure what kind of training employees get before start working but it seems like the work culture their is not pleasant.
Very poor customer service. Every time we go in we wait for ever before done one helps.
