We got 3 pulled pork sandwiches with coleslaw for the 3 of us; I also got an extra side of slaw. The sandwiches are tasty! Great bread, and tons of meat with a great smoke flavor. They don't sauce the meat, but do include sauce on the side. If you like it extra saucy, you might want to ask for extra. I understand their decision to leave it dry, though. There isn't really one true regional style of BBQ around here, so what sauce to go with could be tricky. I used a more NC style sauce that we had at home- we grabbed these to go. Their coleslaw had a nice peppery kick to it, which added some spice to the meat too. We all agreed if we saw the truck somewhere else, we'd make the trip out again. Good stuff!
