Great people that work there went there for some pretzels and I was talking to Jimmy and think he is the owner and gave me a sausage pretzel and some cheese steak pretzels to try they got my business whenever I need View all feedback.

Pretzels are amazing but everytime I go to get one they are closed. Their hours are completely unreasonable for any working parents or students coming home from after school activities. View all feedback.

We were so happy to come here again !Sadly the rivet bucket we ordered was very under the normal quality, it was not tasty at all.. The dough was so thick we couldn't eat half of it.. super dry and hard.The pretzels were not fresh, probably made the previous day or we don't know... (We ordered around 2pm on Saturday .Usually it's good, so we don't know what happened. I would avoid the rivet bucket :
Love this company. I need one closer to my house!!! I drive 45 minutes just to buy here!!

I have always loved the pretzel factory but today was just so amazing, clansi who was the girl who helped me was super informative and so helpful and so unbelievably sweet. So hard to come by these days, it’s almost unreal. I would recommend going to this pretzel factory over any of the others because of customer care alone!
