I wish they had dine in. I wheeled my son over (wheelchair)and had to go through the drive through. But the nice thing was the guy in the pickup in front of me payed for our blizzard.I need to do that myself more often. View all feedback.
What Adolfo Hermann doesn't like about Dairy Queen Grill Chill:
I was frustrated and wished there was another place nearby to get my ice cream fix. Despite my disappointment, I decided to give Dairy Queen another chance and ordered a big dip cone. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the smallest "large" cone I had ever seen at a Dairy Queen. I couldn't help but wonder if there was a standard size they were supposed to adhere to.

Our orders are always correct and the service is great.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Have given them “another” chance multiple times just to be disappointed again and again. They have messed up my order every time. The employees stand around gossiping while waiting for orders to be filled, they respond to questions or feedback with rude attitudes.
Every time I was disappointed at this place. I worked for years at a burger king, so I understand most of the embarrassments and much more understanding than most people. but the last time we were here, they burned my sandwich. This evening we decided to give a shot. not only did they burn the two of my burgers, but the sprite without ice tasted like a glittering water. I will not give this place a third chance.

Overall, my experience at the Dairy Queen in West Fargo on the 13th left me feeling let down. I hope that they can address these issues and improve their customer service in the future.
