The restaurant has deteriorated since new management took over. Even my children do not enjoy dining at the Dundee location anymore. I have decided to start going to the Crystal Lake Squire instead. It is unfortunate, because I used to really like this location. View all feedback.
This restaurant has the worst service I have ever experienced. The place is a disaster and we will not be returning. They mistakenly gave our order to another table, causing us to wait an hour for our food. Additionally, the drinks were terrible. I would not recommend this place in East Dundee to anyone.
